Space is in all matter and contains all matter. What transcends space is what creates space.
The
Energetic Portals of Receiving and Expressing. Energy
is a continuum. The electro-magnetic spectrum is an
expressive-receptive cycling of life force energy, continually in movement
and rebirthing through giving and receiving actions. You, as an individual, are energy in action - physical action, emotional action, and mental action. You are
constantly in these four dimensions of actions. Yet most people are not
consciously aware of being in these actions. Very few are attending
to these actions and their qualities.
Attending to energies and attending to actions, imaging actions, empathizing with these actions, and focusing upon the expression of these actions, allows one to be conscious of the mutual bonding that is happening as the individual consciously joins with universal energies.
An Energetic Portal of Space exists between giving and receiving. "Space" is simply spaciousness, a place in which to create. Within the spaciousness of this portal one can knowingly, intentionally create an opportunity to choose to honor the intent and intelligence of mutually bonding with all that is in the electromagnetic spectrum of life. This is a choice of mutual respect for all life.
When one does not choose to allow their knowing, a belief in separation is activated seeding the denial of the empowerment of the individual. Identifying with a belief of separation (ego), is also accompanied with the activation of its opposite - a desire for attachment (alter-ego). This split or uncoupling from the intent of innate intelligence sets up a block between ego and individuality. The ego then is self-regulated to exist "independent" of the energy and actions of individual/universal mutual bonding and to focus on it own survival.
Also, there is a polarity between the ego and the alter ego as they struggle and compete to "hold on" - to be attached to something or someone outside of the authentic individual. This sets up a survival consciousness based in the denial of the sovereignty of the individual. This systemic dis-regulation, based in a belief of separation, generates suffering, struggle, and pain within the ego and the alter ego, thus forsaking the mutual bonding energies and actions. This separation belief further disturbs and distresses your bodies which now are needing to feed upon disturbances and distress. Thereafter, attachment activities are superimposed upon one's actions. The ego and alter ego are now focused on tending to mental activities, emotional activities, and physical activities that are bound to be fixed in suffering and pain because of the psychological denial of one's individual purpose and authentic intent.
Purpose as an Energetic Portal. Each individual has purpose. Living one's purpose is to be in integrity with one's destiny. Creating a space between what is you and what is yours, a space between you and your mind, a space between you and your body, is reclaiming the power to know the purpose of you in that space. In this portal of space there is no fear of suffering. It is in that space that you will long to explore all dimensions in life including dying and death, living and rebirthing into each moment.
Refractive Energy is a Portal. When energy is expressed and placed in action by you singularly, or by a group, that energy is in motion as an action and will contain an intrinsic motive to continue in action, compensate for that action, and/or complete the action. This energy activated and in motion is felt as an emoting wave and conceptualized as an emotion. When flowing energies of the present are not received nor perceived authentically, one is in re-action and refracting energy according to past actions, not attuning to the presenting energies.
However, one can be vitalized and energized authentically while attending to activities of the mind/body and be coherently balancing innate intelligence (you) with conditioned dipolarities (yours) thus unifying these polarities in a harmonious life. Many deny the energies and actions of receiving and giving and solely establish regulated activities as the conditions of their lives. Then what is happening is the regulation of physical activities, emotional activities, mental activities, conditioned activities, and re-activities of the mind and body.
Activities are created through the energy/mind/body interactions. People are conditioned by beliefs and emotions to be actors acting within activities to gain approval and attention from others. When conditioning activates and re-activates the mind and the body, an actor and a reactor are formed, such as an ego and an alter-ego (mentioned above). They each have their own polarity from which to filter and regulate energy and energy in action. Even though they have their own polarity and act as dipolar actions there is a connection, a nexus of interdependency between them. These two regulators of your psyche are like prisms which refract the truth of energy that is happening now into dipolar activities of the mind and body. Mental health disorders arise from their egoic tensions and perpetuated activities that exist to compensate past actions and activities, while maintaining their own intrinsic conditioned regulations of the ego states.
For example, post-traumatic stress conditioned responses of hypoactivity or hyperactivity are regulated by physical, emotional, mental, and energetic activities which aim to continue the traumatic action including to compensate for that action until those unresolved actions are completed. Completing the unexpressed truncated defensive action is needed for completion of the defensive strategy during a flight and fight response which froze. Such completion will energize aliveness and healing through discharging the held fixated stress at the level of the body and the level of the mind. Once healing occurs the mind and body will re-orient to present energy and not past nor compensatory activity. Vital energy flows.
What is needed is a space, a portal, for claiming the singular and/or group action set in motion in the past, that is returning to you now and in that claiming of "yours" by you, that action will dissipate, complete, and resolve.
Often through the light of understanding you perceive the ego and/or alter ego as dysfunctional and disordered. Insight, the light of understanding, happens within a complex nexus, and a process of deconstructing ego states may follow. What is needed for further healing is to claim your energies in motion that were expressed and receive them as they return to you through a space of clarity.
Ponder this. Clarity creates a balance of giving and receiving between you and yours (ego and alter-ego) here and now, with what was, there and then, amongst this and that. The result is "What is Happening" is known.
