Resources
Anything can be a resource. Resources can be a person, structure, process, or behavior that vitalizes, empowers, and strengthens the resourcer to meet their need, their want, their value, an internal challenge or an external challenge.
A resource is an asset that a person can draw upon to function effectively. It may be a substance, an action, or a strategy to be used in adverse circumstances.
There is an aspect of healing wherein your self needs to shift from causing the distress to choosing to resolve the trauma. You can support yourself to become a resourcer. Take action. The role as a resourcer is valid and necessary for a duration of time in learning to resolve problems, symptoms, and suffering that occur naturally in your life.
The symptoms you are experiencing can be healed by locating and using resources. Understanding the suffering and making fortunate choices to heal are resources. Once healed you can draw upon the healing experience as an asset to function more effectively in your life - the healing experience itself has become a resource.
