Empathizing happens as you are grounded and centered in feeling the energy of life and feeling into the lives of others with a coherency of understanding. Empathizing is a social portal wherein one's discerning, understanding, and heart-knowing of innate intelligence opens to that of others - other persons, other beings, other places or things - through multileveled feeling.
The human mind can comprehend eternity when enlightenment is. Love and truth are revealed to those who respect truth and choose to love. Enlightenment is that particle of light that illuminates the knowingness that you are not separate from the living flowing energies and actions that are the spectrum of existence. You are part of the earth and the earth is an integral part of you. That you are a part of the stars and the stars are a part of you. Many will have glimpses of this enlightenment.
Empathizing rises as you know, and know that you know, there is no separation in all that exists. That all life is sacred. You know this. You can enter into that particle of light consciously and know that you are in an enlightening portal, and that portal is you, the indivisible individual, the flowing state of constant change. You are not your persona nor an ego.
Through practicing attending and empathizing, you can be aware of the difference between the authentic and inauthentic energy and actions you expressed in the past. You can recognize the need to reclaim the intent of those past actions which did not emanate from that flowing, authentic essence. Once reclaimed, understood, and healed, they no longer exist and cannot distort the continuum of life. Clarity is re-established.
