You may join me for a secure Telemental Health video session. To do so, contact me to schedule an appointment in advance.
- A variety of forms will need to be completed for our first session. You may obtain the forms either from the Forms tab located on the menu above, or via this link Clinical Service Forms.
- Print out each appropriate form.
- Read all the requested information and upon understanding and agreeing to the terms and processes for service, initial and sign each.
- I have explained the Telemental Health process at length under the menu item" Telemental Health" which can be found under the Q&A's tab in this website.
- If you have further questions please phone, text, email, or contact me today (see below). If need be, we can discuss your questions prior to or at your first session.
- Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive the link and the password to enter my online waiting room. Click on that link, enter your name and password. Once you are in the waiting room, I will be notified that you are waiting. I will admit you into the session room at our scheduled time.
Before connecting to my online clinic, it is best to use a computer or device with a good internet connection and webcam. If you run into issues connecting, restart your computer or browser. You can also check out the Doxy.me Help Center.
