Tuning-in to one's essence, being in constant relationship and communication with one's individual nature, the soul, is to be in harmony and integrity with life, nature, and energy. The difficulty is in integrating this authentic being within traditional, cultural, and social belief systems.
Empowering individual knowing brings forth an understanding, a centering and grounding that consciously joins individual and universal flows of energy. Knowing the beauty of one's own being is intrinsically empowering. Knowing the power of one's love is fundamental.
How does one tune-in to their essence?
A skill for tuning-in and empowering knowing from your essence is by resolving your Core Belief System (CBS) and Belief System (BS) generally, and by sharing this consciously with your ego-self. See Resolving a Core Belief.
Life is social. Life is a relationship with oneself and with others. Wherever there is a relationship, there is devotion. Are you devoted to being you? Or are you devoted to your ego... your body...your mind? Are you devoted to things outside of you - to a doctrine, to pain, to loved ones? Integrating integrity with devotion is a matter of balance and choice. It is important to remember that each of us is alive because others have devoted their lives to us at some time.
