You may join me for a secure Telemental Health video session. To do so, you will need to contact me and make an appointment in advance.
- From the Forms menu tab, click on the appropriate forms.
- Print out each appropriate form
- Read all the requested information and upon understanding and agreeing to the terms and processes for service, initial and sign each.
- I have explained the Telemental Health process considerably under the menu item" Telemental Health?" under the FAQ tab in this website. You may read about this process by clicking here. If you have further questions either phone, text, email or contact me today (see below). If need be, we can discuss them prior to or at your first session, and thereafter, as the need arises.
- I will send you the link and the password to enter my online waiting room. Go to that link, enter your name and password. Once you are in the waiting room, I will be notified that you are waiting. I will admit you into the session room at our scheduled time, or as soon as possible after arriving in the waiting room.
